Returns and Refunds

Overview and Commitment

At Fishingjigs, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund      process as detailed below.

General Return Requirements

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened (if applicable), and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number) is required to complete your return.

Non-returnable Items: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including: Special ordered items,Personalized/Customized items,Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To start a return, please contact us at sales@fishingjigs.com.au or 0286678633.

Provide Information: Include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item, defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds :

1.Check your bank account again.

2.Contact your credit card company/payment provider.

3.If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@fishingjigs.com.au.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@fishingjigs.com.au for instructions.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt at sales@fishingjigs.com.au. We will cover the cost of return shipping and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, according to your preference.
